Using your Sparkle Mat is easy! Simply lay your mat flat on the floor or on a bed or sofa. Plug it in, and press the power button in the center of your controller.
For more advanced usage, you can choose to personalize the settings to your liking by following the controller instructions on pages 12 and 13 of the User Manual.
Our mats are manufactured in an FDA-approved facility. The PEMF and Far Infrared technologies in the Sparkle Mat are FDA approved as a “wellness device,” “not medical,” which means it is not a prescription to heal ailments, but it promotes health and wellness.
We include this PEMF Testing Tube with some Sparkle Mats so that people can see for themselves that the PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Frequency) is working.
To use it, simply turn the PEMF switch on and then move the testing tube around on the mat until you find a spot where the magnet in the testing tube starts jumping around. (There are 2 PEMF coils in the Mini mat and 6 coils in the Full-Sized mat.) That means the PEMF technology is working!
In almost all instances, using a Sparkle Mat is completely safe, however, there are certain pre-existing health conditions and circumstances that make the PEMF technology in the mat unsafe. This includes people with:

Recently, I've been increasingly intrigued with natural crystals' therapeutic and relaxing properties. A well-known cancer survivor and motivational speaker advised me to keep a bio mat in my toolkit to support self-care throughout this journey. I placed an order for two sizes with the intention of returning one once I determined which one best met my needs. I decided to keep them both because I loved them so much. For the smaller sized mat, I've previously posted a review. The medium-sized mat is the ideal size for my build and covers the trouble spots for my hip, low back, and shoulder problems.It has changed the intensity of the pain I've felt in certain regions and enhanced my capacity to relax. To fit inside the wonderfully built storage container it comes with, this mat can be folded in half. I adore this feature since it allows me to treat my hip and back while sitting at my desk or watching TV while in a chair. I have severe back and hip pain from osteoarthritis and I have tried different treatments such as physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage and prescription anti-inflammatories which all have failed to help with my pain long term. I noticed an improvement after one treatment and continue to improve with each use. I use this almost every evening while meditating. So far this is the best treatment I have found and highly recommends this pad for anyone with chronic pain.
I found out about the amazing benefits of of the Sparkle Mats by chance while I was researching something else. My intuition said I needed to add this to my massage table. I am a Massage Therapist, Sound and Vibration healer, medical intuitive. I started using this mat for myself for the first few days so I could get a idea of all the cool levels/settings. After feeling for myself, I could t wait to get it on my table for my clients. EVERYONE loves it. They are amazed at how good, light and even calm it made them feel. One concern I had was the comfort level for my clients. To the touch, I thought maybe it would not be comfortable enough for them. Each client has said that they don't even notice because the mat penetrates deep in the tissues, such a comforting feeling they were able to relax right away, even fall asleep.
On one client, I was using tuning forks on her, on body. She could feel the crystals respond under her, felt amazing. Then, we place a quartz Crystal bowl on the mat between her knees and I played it. She felt like she was floating. The crystals were vibrating almost all the way to the top.

I'm really happy with the results of this purchase! I purchased the mat in hopes of getting deeper sleep after using it.
The first time I used it, it was a complete experience. I felt completely cleansed and had a restful sleep like I hadn't in a long time.
Truth be told, I continued to use it on average of two to three days per week after that until my husband questioned if I would continue to use it or put it to the side with other items.
I guess I didn't want to use it every day and lose the effect...
Well, it did help to remind me to use it and motivated me to do so consistently. The second thing that occurred was how I felt the temperature. I've always felt unprepared for the Caribbean's intense heat. Since using the mat, I've surprised my friends by informing them that I'm not feeling overheated. Even now, when El Nio and the summer are beyond us and I'm starting to go through menopause. I haven't been overwhelmed by the heat. It ought to be about the harmony it fosters, enabling stress-free perception of it.
And I hurt my back last week, so I started using hot and cold compresses. Used my mat during the night as well. It was the deciding factor!
