After using the SparkleMat, I can sleep much much better.
A friend of mine had a bio mat that I tried at their place and instantly knew I needed one of these myself. I did not want to spend that crazy amount so found this alternative. Realized that it does pemf as well which adds more features than the biomat. So far it’s been really amazing. Being able to change the frequencies has been incredible. I love the sparkle frequency, makes me feel really good. Looking forward to spending more time on this mat.

The quality is top notch And compared to the competition of the biomat, I think it's the exact same. Super high quality, great product. I bought this mat to relax and heal. To be clear I am not a practioner- just a curious learner interested in feeling better as I age . As a former gymnast, one can imagine as you age things catch up with you and I am also in education (rewarding and demanding). I absolutely love the heat and red light therapy and have researched the benefits. Super happy about this to come home to and relax. It's beautiful and well constructed. Time will tell for all the other features but I absolutely love that this mat as it forces me to take time out for myself.
Love this Mat. Haven't been using it long enough to know if it helps with inflammation, but I've had to increase my use age very slowly because of the detox effect it has, so I know it's doing something!
Feels soothing and calming.
I've used this mat maybe 6 times in the last 10 days. I love experimenting with the pulse frequencies. I always get this tingly feeling throughout my body feeling it clear away stagnant energy. The warmth setting feels so lovely and adds to the experience. The red light setting seems to always soothe aches and pains from workouts ect. Overall I feel like this is going to be a powerful healing tool in my life to create more inner peace and heal emotional and physical blockages. Would definitely recommend!

A friend let me try out her mat before I purchased it, as it was more than I anticipated spending. After using the full sized mat several times, I can truly say you can tell a difference. I have trialed most of the wave lengths based on the day and what I felt I needed. After the therapy, I felt relaxed and grounded. I am interested in trialing it with some of my patients with anxiety.
