How do I use my sparkle mat?
Using your Sparkle Mat is easy! Simply lay your mat flat on the floor or on a bed or sofa. Plug it in, and press the power button in the center of your controller.

What does this tube thingy do?
We include this PEMF Testing Tube with some Sparkle Mats so that people can see for themselves that the PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Frequency) is working.
To use it, simply turn the PEMF feature on and then move the PEMF Visualizer around on the mat until you find a spot where the magnet in the PEMF Visualizer starts jumping around. That means the PEMF technology is working! PLEASE NOTE: There are 2 PEMF coils in the Mini mat and 6 coils in the Full-Sized mat. The PEMF Visualizer will only work when you are directly over the coils.
